The shipment arrived later than the estimate given to the customer. The customer reported damage to approximately 9–10 individual retail boxes. The carrier subsequently paid compensation, and the customer confirmed a second order.
What happened during delivery
The shipment was held up during transport and customs clearance, so it reached the customer later than expected. After delivery, the customer sent photographs and reported damage to approximately 9–10 individual product boxes. These were retail boxes, not shipping cartons. The customer believed the goods had been handled roughly in transit; we did not independently establish the point of damage.
How we responded
We replied to the photographs in about an hour, contacted the logistics provider and asked the customer to confirm the exact number of damaged boxes and the condition of the machines. At that stage, several machines had been tested and were working. The remaining machines still needed individual power-on and charging checks.
What was confirmed
The logistics provider responded quickly and paid compensation. The customer then confirmed a second order. This account does not claim a final replacement-box quantity or completed test results for every machine.
What we will carry into the next shipment
We will review carrier options and delivery estimates for future orders. Shipping and customs timelines can change, so any schedule discussed for a new project should be checked against its destination, route and order details.
Plan an order with us
Share the machine model, quantity and destination so we can discuss packaging and a realistic delivery estimate before quoting.
