Plan a private office, an open workspace and a reception lobby as different zones. Doors, meeting schedules and ventilation can separate them even when they share one floor. A diffuser placed beside a desk may be much more noticeable than the same machine positioned in an open reception area.
Three office layouts, three placement decisions
Corporate office scenting often starts with a request for one machine to cover a floor. First mark the regularly occupied workstations, enclosed rooms, reception seating and circulation areas. Identify any zones that should remain fragrance-free. Facilities staff can then decide which areas need their own setting and servicing arrangement.
Private offices
Measure the enclosed room and review the distance from desks, socket position and door routine. Small capacity alone does not establish a suitable sound level.
TW-CP01 · TW-RA01Open workspaces
Check ceiling height, partitions, supply air and nearby meeting rooms. Review a serviceable wall position before adding machines across the floor.
TW-SI02Reception lobbies
Account for entrances, lift areas and the actual air volume. Larger commercial models or an HVAC review may be appropriate for the shared zone.
TW-MI01 · HVAC planningUse volume to make the first shortlist
The comparison below preserves the quotation-confirmed ranges. A model shown here is not automatically recommended for every office. Calculate length × width × ceiling height for each zone, then review airflow, installation and the intended fragrance level. | Model | Published volume | Oil capacity | Noise | Control |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TW-CP01 | 10–50m³ | 10mL | Test data to confirm | Buttons |
| TW-HP01 | Up to 100m³ | 150mL | Test data to confirm | Buttons / Bluetooth |
| TW-RA01 | Up to 200m³ | 120mL | Test data to confirm | Confirm by version |
| TW-SI02 | 300–500m³ | 200mL | Test data to confirm | Touch buttons / Bluetooth |
| TW-MI01 | 2000–3000m³ | 500mL | Test data to confirm | Buttons / Bluetooth |
| TW-LI01 | 5000–8000m³ | 1000mL | Test data to confirm | Buttons / Bluetooth |
Make noise an acceptance requirement
The current quotation does not state a measured noise value for these models. If your office procurement brief has a decibel limit, send it with the required measurement distance, background conditions and operating mode. Request a result for the exact version rather than applying a general quiet-operation claim to the whole range.
Include a sample check in a room used for calls or concentrated work. Listen during the atomizing cycle as well as between cycles, with the machine in its intended position. Where the placement remains open, use the scent diffuser placement guide to prepare alternatives for review.
Specify the workday schedule before buying
A weekday 09:00–18:00 routine can be a buyer's requested schedule; it is not a verified feature of every controller. Confirm weekday selection, start and stop times, duty-cycle settings, power-restoration behavior and whether settings are made on the machine or through Bluetooth before approval.
Meeting rooms, reception desks and shared offices may follow different hours. Record the settings staff are permitted to change and who owns the commissioning record. A Bluetooth connection should not be treated as evidence of remote building management, a cloud dashboard or central control across several sites.
Installation, oil and routine maintenance
TW-CP01 and TW-RA01 are flat-placement options. TW-HP01 plugs directly into a wall socket, subject to the destination plug and usable socket position. TW-SI02, TW-MI01 and TW-LI01 list flat, wall-mounted and external-connection options. Check the bracket, power cable route and oil-access space before placing an order.
For a scent diffuser for an office building connected to central air, have the facilities team review the proposed air path and areas served. The HVAC scent system page explains the information required. For a mixed-use property, compare hotel and shared-area planning rather than assuming every room follows one office schedule.
Refill frequency depends on the compatible oil and actual program. Measure use in a pilot zone, follow the selected model's cleaning instructions and assign one person to monitor stock and settings. Tank capacity cannot by itself predict how long the machine will run.
Frequently asked questions
Which scent diffuser should I choose for an office?
Measure each room or shared zone, then review airflow, occupied hours, sound requirements and service access. TW-CP01 is listed for 10–50m³, while larger offices and lobbies need separate model selection based on their actual volume.
Are all six machines below a particular noise limit?
A uniform noise limit is not confirmed in the current quotation. Send your required limit, measurement distance and operating conditions so the selected model and version can be checked against that requirement.
Can an office diffuser run only during working hours?
Working-hour operation is a project requirement to confirm with the selected controller. Ask specifically about weekday scheduling, time periods and power-restoration behavior; button or Bluetooth control alone does not establish every scheduling function.
Can one diffuser serve every office on a floor?
Not automatically. Enclosed rooms, doors, ventilation and separate operating schedules can divide a floor into different zones. Review the layout and the connected airflow before choosing one unit or several machines.
Send your office layout and operating brief
