Scent Machine OEM Projects

A useful OEM brief identifies exactly what changes from the current model and why the change is needed.

We review OEM requests against the existing six-model range. Logo and simple packaging work can stay within private label. Changes to the housing, electronics, power, atomizing system, controls, app or installation method require technical, quantity, sample and compliance review before a quotation is reliable.

Frequently asked questions

Is a logo on an existing machine an OEM project?

Suppliers use the term OEM differently. LUMEN NARRATE treats logo application on an existing model as private label; structural, electronic, control or software changes require a separate OEM review.

What is the MOQ for an OEM scent machine?

There is no single OEM minimum. The quantity depends on the model, changed components, tooling, finish, packaging, testing and supplier minimums. It is confirmed after the change list is reviewed.

Can an existing certificate cover a modified machine?

Do not assume it will. The modified configuration and destination requirements need review to determine whether existing documents remain applicable or further assessment is needed.

Send a change list, not only an “OEM” label

Include the reference model, requested changes, quantity range and destination. We will identify what can use the current platform and what needs development review.
